    g. taco, cheap dinner, Max's) Back in the day, this was clearly the best library in the area.
Two levels, air conditioned, nice study areas, huge selection of books, and right in downtown next to riverwalk, Centennial beach, etc.

Everything about it was optimal. Haven't been back in awhile, but it still remains one of the best libraries in Chicagoland (Named one of the 101 Best and Brightest companies in Chicagoland).

Many a summer day in middle school was spent here reading to get those prizes from that summer reading program.
And many high school projects spent here. Turns out that I stopped reading for leisure after moving out of Naperville and probably because no other library systems compare to it.
Also huge selection of alternative media including CDs, DVDs, Books-on-tape, laser disc, magazine, microfilm, you name it they had it. If I ever come back to visit Naperville and feel the need to spend a day reading, I'd consider coming here again, if only to retaste the childhood nostalgia that we all crave everyday.

Why do we as kids want to grow up so fast, while as adults want to be kids again??? Book & Media heaven, if you ask me.

Best ever. You want it, they got it. Example: full DVD series for $1 for 3 days up to two weeks.

Naperville Library (@naperlib) on Twitter I love this library. Maybe it's because I grew up in Naperville and my mom took me here when I was little; or maybe it's because I took French lessons here which eventually led me to Paris when I was 18; or maybe it's because I crammed for the ACT and GMAT here and just feel like it's my second home.
Whatever it is, I feel very comfortable in this library and it's thanks to the awesome atmosphere maintained by the awesome staff.
This library is well-run and well-kept. It's very clean, friendly and inviting. They have an incredible selection of magazines and almost everything archived.
